PMD:OR: Culture shock

I've been playing Omega Ruby as a PMD sequel, but this time with some adjusted rules for challenge and characterisation! I'll put the rules here cause I'm not sure it's gonna feature on dA much:

•Happy reunion: Use at least 3 named Rescue Team Overgrow members from early on: Mudkip, Magnemite, Smeargle (trade where necessary). No evolving these members! If Absol is used later, maaybe she can mega evolve.
•Not so overgrown: No EXP share (they… get boosted EXP anyway from affection, not evolving, and in two cases from being traded).
•Prepared adventurers/Medic on the scene: No backtracking to pokemon center first time on a route.
•Wild diplomacy: Must attempt to flee once before fighting or catching a wild Poke'mon (the mechanic is based on the speed stat).
•Regulated sparring: Battle style Set. Heal only in overworld or with berries.
